The Request for Quote (RFQ)is a standard business process to invite potential manufacturers to provide a quotation. In order to receive a binding quote you will need a complete RFQ package.
For each product the RFQ package will be different. To see how it works, we will go through an example. Usually all RFQ documents are confidential so we use a publicly available example for TI sensor tag as example.
Preparing the RFQ package takes a lot of time and effort. You can sign up on HWTrek to get answers on RFQ process specifically for your project.
